Tortuga is Spanish for "turtle" and this is our version of the classic combination of caramel, pecans, and chocolate. This LARGE square of caramel holds a generous amount of toasted pecans. All of this deliciousness is then covered in Callebaut 823 milk chocolate, topped with another toasted pecan, and striped with dark chocolate.
Each box contains 8 pieces.
Karma in the Kitchen chocolates are best if enjoyed within 4-6 weeks, and should be kept in a cool place. Refrigeration is not necessary.
