Karma in the Kitchen Ganache Chocolates start with Callebaut chocolate with a splash of real cream blended together in perfectly smooth, rich chocolate heaven! The result is the classically decadent chocolate confection - deliciously intense and creamy. Ganache made from Callebaut 811 (55% dark chocolate) with orange essential oil, covered in the same dark chocolate. Orange and chocolate were made for each other.
