Karma in the Kitchen Ganache Chocolates start with Callebaut chocolate with a splash of real cream blended together in perfectly smooth, rich chocolate heaven! The result is the classically decadent chocolate confection - deliciously intense and creamy. Andrew's Mints are a little more sophisticated... A minty white chocolate ganache is sandwiched between two layers of dark chocolate ganache and beautifully enrobed in Callebaut 811 (55% dark chocolate).
