Karma in the Kitchen Cream Center Chocolates are made the old fashioned way, from scratch, right in our kitchen. No mass produced-readymade substance with unpronounceable chemicals or artificial colors or flavors. Real cream, sugar, fruits or nuts are cooked together, and then poured on a marble slab. The candy is then worked until it transforms into a silky smooth heavenly cream center. Candy made like this is a dying art taught to Karma by her mother.
Callebaut 811 (55% dark chocolate) ganache is blended with Raspberry puree for a match made in chocolate heaven. Each is dipped in the same dark chocolate and topped with dried raspberry bit.
Each box contains 18 pieces.
Karma in the Kitchen chocolates are best if enjoyed within 4-6 weeks, and should be kept in a cool place. Refrigeration is not necessary.
