The result is the classically decadent chocolate confection - deliciously intense and creamy. Madagascar truffles are deliciously exotic! A creamy white chocolate ganache layer is brightened with passion fruit puree. A milk chocolate ganache layer is enhanced with real vanilla bean. All dipped in Callebaut 811 (55% dark chocolate) and a beautifully decorated with a gold cocoa butter design.
