Corey's Taco Soup Recipe: Corey's Taco Soup Summary: Delicious Taco Soup made by my daughter-in-law, Corey. The ranch dressing mix adds tons of flavor! Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 1 - 14 ounce can of whole kernel corn, drained 1 - 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained 1 - 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained 2 - 15 ounce cans diced tomatoes 1 - .78 ounce pkg taco seasoning mix 1 - .4 ounce pkg dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix Cheddar cheese Sour cream Salsa Instructions Brown ground beef, drain. Add corn, beans, tomatoes and seasoning mixes. Heat through. Serve over tortilla chips or Fritos. Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream and salsa. Variations I've seen other recipes that add chopped onion, browned with the ground beef, green chilies, garlic or cumin. It all sounds good to me. Microformatting by hRecipe.
