Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Summary: November 26:  A Cookie A Day Until Christmas!  Can you ever have too many pumpkin recipes? I think not. My cute daughter-in-law, Kendra, shared this recipe with me to share with you! Ingredients 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 cup white sugar ½ cup vegetable oil 1 egg 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional) Instructions Combine pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg. Recipe: Pepparkakor (Spicy Gingerbread Cookies) Summary: This is a family recipe from a friend in Minnesota. I've never come across another gingerbread cookie recipe with quite the same flavor. Ingredients 1 stick Butter 1 1/2 c packed Dark Brown Sugar 1/2 c Corn Syrup 1/2 c cold Whipping Cream 2 t ground Ginger 2 t ground Cinnamon 2 t ground Cloves 4 1/2 c Flour 2 t Baking Soda Instructions 1. Raspberry Marshmallows

Raspberry Marshmallows Raspberry Marshmallows drizzled with dark chocolate Homemade marshmallows require unflavored gelatin... flavored gelatin is way more fun. These marshmallows received rave reviews at work, but to be fair, those people will eat anything.   1- 3 oz package Jell-O, raspberry, but any flavor wil work 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin ½ cup cold water 1⅔ cups sugar ⅔ cup light corn syrup ¼ cup water ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 10 oz dark chocolate Powdered Sugar Candy Thermometer Line a 9 x 13 pan with wax paper. You want that I should know everything about baking? 3-4 apples, peeled and diced 3 tablespoons cinnamon 5 tablespoons sugar 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 3 cups flour 3 teaspoons baking powder Juice from one orange (¼ - ½ cup, approximate) Combine cinnamon and sugar.
